Return Policy

We accept returns on selected items. Please check the return policy on individual listing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. To ensure a hassle-free return, please make sure to review our Return Policy below:

- Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, with our anti-wardrobing tags, Thank You card or sole stickers attached and untampered. Sole stickers once removed and reattach are Voided.
- Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

We make every effort to ensure smooth delivery. In the unlikely event that a package is returned to us, we will get in touch for further instructions once it arrives at our facility:

- Confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to ship your order back out to you for a reshipment fee equal to the shipping fee charged at checkout of the original transaction and the cost of return to sender shipping.

If you do not wish to have your item(s) reshipped, a refund of the price of your item(s) less the cost of original shipping fee and cost of return to sender shipping will be provided.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments​ (For International Customers)

If your package is not cleared/claimed from customs and is returned to sender and you want it reshipped:

- Please confirm your shipping address and we will be happy to reship your order back to you, however, you will be responsible for covering a reshipment fee equal to the shipping fee charged at checkout of the original transaction, any additional customs, taxes, import and/or return shipping fees that your package did incur. We will specify and invoice you for this amount before shipping your order back out.

If your package is returned to sender and you do not want it reshipped:

- We will be happy to refund you for the price of your item(s) less the cost of original shipping fee, any additional customs, taxes, import and return to sender shipping that your package did incur when shipping to you and returning back to us.

* Very Good - Well looked after. Shows minor signs of wear that are consistent with light use.
* Good - Shows signs of regular use. Item shows visible wear.
* Fair - Heavily used. Visible signs of wear that impact the appearance of item.
* Poor - Very heavily used, possibly with stains and damages. Repairs are necessary.
* Very Poor - Badly damaged/stained items. Ideal for re-purpose/research.

All items for sale, unless described as Unworn, are pre-owned items. We do our best to accurately describe an item’s condition with defects pinpointed. We do our best to properly and accurately describe each and every item, but there are variations in how people view, interpret and notice condition, alterations, etc. On some items it is near impossible to mention every imperfection and for this reason our listings include multiple photos of each angle of our items for sale. The pictures are part of the description and condition report. Due to the nature of the pre-owned business, there may be a small number of cases where this is not done to our usual high standards. In such cases, we ask for your understanding.

Mannequin Measurement
The female mannequin seen in our photos is a standard IT40 / Small. Her height is 178cm, shoulders 40cm, chest 83cm, waist 60cm, hips 86.5cm.
The male mannequin is a standard IT48 / Medium . His height is 196cm, shoulders 47cm, chest, 94cm, waist 79cm, hips 91cm.

Product size & measurements are provided as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of fit.  Measurements provided are approximations as it can vary based on where they are specifically taken on any item. Items listed as preowned may have had alterations; therefore, please use the measurements provided as a guide.  
Measurements are taken flat and across of the item in possession. 
It is probable for products of the same model having a small difference in dimensions. This is not unusual and it is known that measurements can differ due to a number of factors such as:
- guideline on how measurement is taken may be different between companies;
- different brands of measuring tape/ruler can have measurement ratios differing slightly;
- used measuring tape can shrink or elongate;
- rounding up of measurements;
- stuffing inside a bag can influence dimensions;
- In the manufacturing process, luxury goods are often partially handmade and often have minor discrepancies in production
- general usage and weathering of products can stretch or cause shrinkage to materials

Do I need to pay sales tax?
For orders within the US, sales tax may be applicable, if chargeable, the fee will appear at checkout. eBay determines what items are taxable and remits payments directly to the government.

For orders within the UK, sales tax may be applicable. If chargeable, sales tax will be charged on website for orders under £135. For orders above £135, sales tax will be collected upon delivery. eBay and the courier company remits payments directly to the government.

For pre-owned pieces, it is likely to be the only piece we have. We post new items on our site daily! Keep checking back with us and follow our eBay store to get notified!

Availability
All our items are also available for purchase in our official website. While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date, there may be times this is not possible due to time lag when an item is sold elsewhere. In such cases we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?  
We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes since FedEx does not handle shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Any orders to APO/FPO will be automatically be cancelled.

Can I pay for faster shipping?
We are unable to accommodate one-day or next day shipping. However, FedEx international priority takes 1-4 business days.

How do I check my order?

Can you ship to another address?
Yes! If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your eBay account, please simply change the address in your eBay account before you send payment. Please note, we can only ship to the address provided at check out.

Signature is required for orders over $750! If you wish to add Signature Confirmation to an order below $750, please reach out to us prior to payment. A fee of $25 for Signature Confirmation will be charged.
